Painting Cannons Creek Homes During a Period of Change

Cannons Creek has long been an established residential community, but its housing environment is changing.

Existing homes are being renovated or replaced while newer multi-unit and contemporary housing is also appearing throughout eastern Porirua.

For painting contractors, that creates very different types of work within the same suburb.

An established property may require:

Preparation of older coatings
Interior modernisation
Exterior maintenance
Repainting after repairs
Refreshing doors and trims
Pre-sale or tenancy painting

A newer property may require:

Touch-up correction
Repainting following alterations
Colour changes
Maintenance of high-use interior areas
Integration of repaired and original surfaces

We tailor the painting scope accordingly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used AAA Painters for many years and always found them excellant to deal with. We have just had our interior woodwork painted white after having a varnished wood finish, skirtings windows etc. I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The time spent with preperation to insure a good finish and durability.
