Repainting Established Rānui Homes

Rānui is one of Porirua’s established residential communities and also forms part of the wider eastern Porirua renewal area.

For many local properties, painting can involve bringing older and newer sections of the same home together.

A property may contain:

Original painted surfaces
More recent repairs
Renovated rooms
Replacement doors or trim
Different generations of coating
Areas showing heavier wear than others

These differences should be addressed during preparation rather than hidden under additional finish coats.

Our Process – Simple & Hassle-Free

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used AAA Painters for many years and always found them excellant to deal with. We have just had our interior woodwork painted white after having a varnished wood finish, skirtings windows etc. I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The time spent with preperation to insure a good finish and durability.
