Painting Established Totara Park Homes

Totara Park is one of Upper Hutt’s established residential suburbs, with much of its housing development dating from the later twentieth century.

Homes from this period can offer excellent opportunities for renovation and modernisation, but repainting them properly starts with understanding what has happened to the surfaces over time.

A property may have:

Several generations of exterior paint
Previous interior colour changes
Filled or repaired wall areas
Weathered exterior trims
Older doors and frames
Previous alterations or extensions
A combination of original and newer materials

Painting all of these surfaces as though they are identical can compromise the final result.

We assess their individual condition and prepare them appropriately before applying new coatings.

Our Process – Simple & Hassle-Free

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used AAA Painters for many years and always found them excellant to deal with. We have just had our interior woodwork painted white after having a varnished wood finish, skirtings windows etc. I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The time spent with preperation to insure a good finish and durability.
