Painting Melrose’s Elevated Residential Properties

Melrose forms part of Wellington’s southern hill suburbs.

Properties can occupy sloping sections and experience changing levels of exposure depending on their orientation.

For exterior painting, we assess:

Existing paint condition
Property elevation
Access
Sun and weather exposure
Window and door surrounds
Fascias and trims
Painted timber
Previous repairs

This helps us determine what preparation is actually required across different parts of the home.

Our Process – Simple & Hassle-Free From Totara Park to Pinehaven, our proven process keeps your project smooth from start to finish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used AAA Painters for many years and always found them excellant to deal with. We have just had our interior woodwork painted white after having a varnished wood finish, skirtings windows etc. I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The time spent with preperation to insure a good finish and durability.
