Painting Epuni’s Changing Mix of Housing

Epuni is one of Lower Hutt’s established residential areas where planning has also provided for increased housing capacity and medium-density development.

That broader housing mix creates several different painting needs.

An older detached property may require:

Preparation of ageing exterior coatings
Interior modernisation
Painting following renovation
Restoring worn doors and trims
Pre-sale repainting

A newer townhouse or more recently developed property may instead need:

Repainting following repairs
Colour changes
High-use interior maintenance
Correcting previous touch-ups
Repainting between occupants

The painting specification should reflect the individual property rather than its postcode alone.

Our Process – Simple & Hassle-Free

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have used AAA Painters for many years and always found them excellant to deal with. We have just had our interior woodwork painted white after having a varnished wood finish, skirtings windows etc. I am so impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The time spent with preperation to insure a good finish and durability.
